I love my Thrive Wellness Bangles! They help me with so much more than staying hydrated. I start by wearing them on one hand & switch them over 1 at a time after each healthy choice I make. It could be something physical like adding some extra vegetables to a meal or a sweaty workout. Sometimes I move one over when I make a smart choice to slow down and take some stress away. They not only help us become more conscious of healthier choices……they also look soooooo pretty!!!
