Here is my water story:
While I generally try to eat healthy I knew I was not drinking enough water during the day. I would maybe have a glass of water with lunch and dinner but otherwise not hydrating during the day. I decided to try your 8 day water challenge and have to say that in one week I noticed a big difference in how I felt. I had more energy and was more alert, and in general felt really good! The tips on how to get your 8 glasses in a day were great and I have continued to follow them well after the challenge has ended. Now I start my day with a 16 oz. glass of warm water with a tablespoon of ACV added, and I make sure I keep filling my water glass all day long. Every few days I will make a pitcher the detox water recipe that you had on your website, or I’ll make one with strawberries and either mint or basil. This has been a very simple but significant change in my healthy eating/drinking habits!
