why you should add cumin to your water

Cucumber,  Mint + Cumin Water

Cumin is not the first ingredient I think of when I am making flavored water! I decided to give it a try thanks to inspiration from mindbodygreen.com

This is how I made my version:

  • 6 cups of water
  • 12 slices of organic cucumber
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoons of ground cumin*
  • Stir & refrigerate overnight to blend flavors

The taste was refreshing & I loved how the mint & cumin complimented each other. Give it a try to keep yourself hydrated & thriving.

*Cumin has cooling properties & contains the compound thymol, that can stimulate bile production, which is required for the breakdown of fats & absorption of nutrients, contributing to healthy digestion.
