make your own simple & hydrating sports drink

Skip the added sugars and artificial colors. Re-hydrate yourself after sweaty summer workouts with a refreshing natural bev.

Mix the ingredients below in a tall glass or to-go bottle:

  • 12 to 16 oz. water
  • 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 drops nutrition-grade lemon essential oil (Young Living is our fave)
  • or squeeze of fresh lemon
  • 2 drops Whole Foods 365 liquid stevia

This was my go to drink after my half-marathon training runs

  • Add a dash or 2 of Redmonds Real Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt for added electrolytes
